I don't mean that all races should have equivalent ranks to like, Captains, or Espada or w/e. It would certainly be a pain in the ass to number one, fabricate something like that for the ranks to exist, and two, actually put them in lol.
What I'm suggesting is race equivalent ranks for leaders, like the Captain Commander rank for the Shinigami. As far as I know there is no equivalent to that for the Hollows or Humans and I think there should be one. I'm quite sure, but not 100% since its heresay, but the Captain Commander rank does have its own perks to it. I heard something about health and rei being increased by a decent amount. If not, then its still an interesting novelty to have and I think the other races should be afforded it as well.
Perhaps for the Hollows something along the lines of Lord of Hueco Mundo, as Aizen was. For the Humans, idk, maybe just Faction Commander, or better yet Emperor, though that sounds somewhat presumptuous lol. But yeah, just wanted to voice this thought and see what the staff and community thought about it.
