Shinigamis and hollow are the worse race to play obviously and both need fixes, shinigamis because the best people just go vaizard to use broken zans which leave normal players unable to enjoy fully the game and hollows because of the obvious difficulty to get powerful or decent and the lack of people actually playing it

While final bankai of shinis might be an argument it's just bad compared to vai boosts and the ability to join the stronger and most populated faction so vaizard is the best race
