Like that of the Sub shinigami npcs, I think there should be a race of one, honestly speaking this would be seen as Over powered due to the skills and the boost incorporated with both, but, if you cut down the boost of FB and Bankai than it should be a little better and make some skills not unattainable till a certain level. How this would be attained is not by regular means.
Requirement:
Step 1: Complete the storyline,
step 2: obtain the hougyoku
Step 3: Attain 100 player kills
step 4: Step five attain 750 kills of each race npc
step 5: go to the captain in SS and he will give you a badge, than you head to Urahara and ask to be reincarnated.
You reload your save slot and everything is gone, except your race now is Sub(How this is done I don't know, this is a suggestion).
The skills you learn should be separated by level and not gained all at once to make this balanced, for example:
Yamamato& Yukio- He would first obtain the ability to use the first 2 fire moves at level 150-300, than at level 500 you would learn Yukio first 2 moves, and at level 650 you learn his last move after you have mastered everything, and at 800 you learn the bankai move for Yamamoto.
