People have been hitting 600+ in less than 30 from plvling on npcs even after Rbing
Plvling needs to go back to missions or needs to be lowered to 5% for not hitting and a higher amount for hitting the npc.

Dude are u Serious it's like hard already lvling off of a Npc sometimes like for instance Vands they are like hard to kill unless ur 900 and know what ur doing dude everything is great the way it is cuz trust me if that had to change alot of people would leave the game i for 1
