If you are able to scrape together the money for a Respec I would recommend going pure str until you get Final Form then respec to reiatsu based
Level 50 - 180
Hunt in Purple Portal
(Until level 100 all arrows you shoot don't cost any rei)
(At level 100 you get Sanrei gloves in your inventory, which allows you to shoot arrows a tiny bit faster. And shooting arrows cost rei) (Recommended you buy rei regen. products like Soda until Final Form)
(You are also able to pick specialized Arrows if you talk to Quincy Vet, you are able to choose between

(Speedy Arrows are recommended for training purposes until level 400)
Level 180 - 220
Hunt Strong Hollows
(Level 220 Go to Quincy Tower, Talk to Quincy Vet, and fight Mayuri for Final Form)
Level 220 - 400
Hunt Menos Grande
(At level 300 you gain the ability to be able to use seeles, talk to Quincy Vet at the tower again again, he gives you a first set of 5 for free, and you can buy packs of 5 from him for $500 Each, and do not cost rei to use, see inventory)
(Seeles allow you to absorb a small amount of rei from the enemy when used as a meele weapon) (After reaching a certain amount your rei above your average it maxes out) (Seeles are also needed for future skills such as Seele Schneider and Seele Pentagram)
(At Level 400 you automatically get Final Form 2)
Level 400 - 500
Try Hunting a combination of Vasto's/Ultimates/Vaizards until level 500
Or an easier leveling method, Grind Nnoitra in Las Nochas (Just run a lot and don't him hit you as much as you can)
Level 500 - 600
Hunt Lost Vaizards/Spam Stark
(At level 600 If you talk to Quincy Vet. You can choose to get the skill Bankai Extraction) (Skill Bar Resets upon receiving it, and you receive the skills Bankai Extraction, Bankai, and Bankai Skill) (A fuller Explanation of Bankai Extraction will be included at the end of the Guide)
(If you choose to get bankai extraction and talk to Quincy Vet again, you will have the option to choose a spirit weapon between Pistols, A Sword, and keeping your normal Bow) (Spirit Weapon will appear if you use your bow skill)
Level 600 - 750
Grind Stark
(Around level 700 you should be able to take Aizen finish Story)
Level 750+
Either Keep grinding Stark, Kill Vandenreich Quincies, or Grind Aizen (Depending on What Bankai you use)
(At Level 850 you get the skill Blue Veine)
Bankai Extraction:
Gained by talking to Quincy Vet at level 600
Req. if you want to be able to use a Spirit Weapon
If you choose Bankai Extraction your Final Form 2 Boost will be lowered by 25%
You also will not be able to use Seeles as Meele anymore
Bankai Extraction gives the skills Bankai Extraction, Bankai, and Bankai Skill (Bankai skill allows you to use a random skill from that bankai, that skill is pre chosen and will not change)
Bankai Extraction May only be used once per Relog and is able to be used on Players and NPCs
