Step 4: Modify ranking boosts they all must be over powered
Step 5: modify Combos to only give 5% from each and benefits and con's should be 5% too
Step 6: Tweak stats per level, remove the +2 attribution per level up and simple give us 15 stats per level ( this way that previous stat cap will still be enabled but simply given us the ability to screw ourselves over if we foolishly go Pure 1 stat lol, this will also give us the ability to make REAL BUILDS DERP
Step 7: Tweak GM commands all Fix-verbs should be demoted by 1 GM level so the GM's can be more helpful because Rhyuke isn't given them all the right GM levels to fix things and iwahara's not even online.... and Boss the kid's being overwhelmed by too much drama that he just gives up on us and logs off or afks lol.
Step 8: I believe Mission rewards should be stronger or perhaps make the spy mission be able to reach 100% benefit rather than 50%
Step 9: Add the Level points to hidden shop for 2.5mil ( I'll tell Rhyuke exactly where to put this hehe)
Step 10: Increase Story-length ( Currently in progress as the GM's discuss it)
Step 11: Make new guides
step 12: Find hobby-iconner who won't mind iconing 3 new zans, 3 new ress, 3 more kido korps kidos, 2 more skills for every single zanpaktou, 2 more skills for sado, 6 more skills for quincy, and lastly 7 new NPCS for the game + advanced story. Before you say anything about Fullbringers we all know we can easily icon some skills for them as a community "we have the technology!"
step 13: Remove Boss as the head of GM watch he's under to much pressure, and just make all GMs level 3. (my suggestion)
Step 14: Make auto reminder to check the Help book everytime you log in! Also GM's should not be forced to give warnings to anyone who has logged in the game for more than 2 hours 30 mins A.K.A 1 reboot, if you do not know the rules by than and you break them the GM's should be allowed to personally discipline you without concern for the Server's required punishments, so if a GM decides to boot you but doesn't give you a point it's because they know what your doing and you don't or your ignoring the fact it's a crime.
Step 15: Fix the events if possible any coder staff/co owner/ owner anyone, give them the source they need to fix some of that crazy wicked BS lolz, and i'm sure we'll have more of a jolly-goodtime

This game says good community but hows the community good if the Gms and game enforces everyone to say FUCK YOU IM STRONGER FUCK YOUR LEVEL I BEEN HERE LONGER FUCK YOUR GM RANK I CAN KILL YOU .... enough of this Bs, enforce plvling so people will be able to say FUCK YOU GRIMMJOW WE BEAT YO ASS, FUCK YOU AIZEN WE BEAT YO ASS, FUCK YOU GOTEI 13 WE BEAT YO ASSSSS. See how that's much better all that hatred is no longer infused onto others but onto the multiple annoying Over powered Event NPCS which crit made thinking it will make people work together but due to him adding shit such ass 1 hit off screen = +3 seconds than NPC= reset NPC max HP/+ 200% more stats + 500% more movement speed + 12981298129182918291829819829182912% Logical evasion....... <<< that is a no no but sadly that's what's always going on in those events lol. Which than leads to players going FUCK YOU DAMN NEWB WHY'D YOU RESET, Inbefore Error = NPC Szayel attacks ALL PLAYERS On screen with roar at once = auto reset do 2.7mil dmg randomly = auto reset ect ect it continues on lolz * Anyone in the game can vouch for me and say this happens every time in Espada events, same issue with Yammamato in gotei 13 he can heat dome more than 3 times and it continues to HIT WHILE HES NOT EVEN INSIDE OF IT.....
Step 17: Remove this stupid auto reset/ auto has left coding = ruins story and game, yes players are runners/range fighters but man when you get hit in the head and they leave while their still on screen please explain to me how these codes even make ANY SENSE??? Were the one's who lose target not them so why are they leaving?? LMAO
Step 18: As of late Bleach has been more buggy, more players losing levels you want to know why ^ simply read up at all the bugs that they play through it's not because the player does something stupid it's because the screw ups in the games scripts mate find and fix what you can....
Step 19: May we or May we not have a fist only fighting class? Do not give me that sado's are melee only when i can log on get power blast/el directo, and la muerte take note every single 1 of those but power blast are melee but in our game their all ranged insane fast blasts ....which also pierce!!!
Step 20: Love everyone from time to time if you can, you hate someone so badly what better way to make them mad then saying I love you or good one bro or good game mate lol. You see it as gay i see it as a opportunity to make them think wtf just happened LOLz. (works on rhyuke all! the time) Laughs can break any arguements or hateful emotions because were all human and we love pleasures and Laughter is in the top 3 so lets all share a laugh and say "Bacon is the best yum!!!"
