The name of the Kido is Jikanteishi. It is a spell that halts time temporarily in a specific area.
Make this exactly like Frozen Heavens except instead of blue it's a green color like Yumi vines green. Also remove the ice off from players as they will all just be temp stunned. And make the CD 2 mins so it's not used as much as Frozen heavens is. And lastly make it cost like around 8k rei. And the lvl req to get it should be either 800 or 900.
