we all know ichigo has bankai 2 so here is my proposal
Ginjo adv fullbring 2 : (basicly using this it gives his boosts a change mirroring ichigos bankai 2 in stats, in asence this is changing ginjos Icon to his bankai looks)
new ability in this form : Reiatsu blast beam
Ichigo Getsuga tensho: 2 tiled Getsuga tenshou during manga, and his fight with tsukishima in his full clad ichigo was able to preform a small getsuga tenshou it was unstable by looks so maybe make it explode on impact and not spam-able like getsuga rings video below
