    Yamamoto:

    Boost: 2x Reaitsu.


    Skills: Creamation, Fortress Blaze. (Such skills could be put in shikai)
    New skills:

    Kyokujutsujin: You have 1% of chance of incinerate your target on your attacks, automatically killing him without KO, lasting for one minute and then disappearing leaving behind a cooldown of five minutes. (Besides your attack being based on rei, this zanp should also have this passive)
    ("This ability allows all the heat of the flames stay focused on the tip of the blade. It does not burn, just incinerates everything it touches, leaving no trace.")

    Zanjutsu Gokui: The whole area around the player is surrounded by a heat aura, damaging everyone on his screen and also the player using it. (Damage based on rei)
    *The flames l(Literally engulf his body in a field of fire that generates a heat that reaches up to 15,000,000 degrees. So it becomes impossible to even touch him while he's using his bankai")

    Kaká Juuman Okushi Daisoujin: (If you hit this skill and kill a player with it, you may have to invoke a version with half of their strength. They last for five minutes and then disappear. No limit on players.)
    (Army of the Dead)

    Tenchi Kanjin: Similar to Zaraki's kendo skill, it would summon a fire line giving similar damage to Zaraki's skill but based on reaitsu.
    (Incineration of Heaven and Earth)



    Byakuya Shikai/Bankai:

    New Defensive Skill: You create an area of petals around you preventing melee damage, however your attack and speed is divided in half.

    Stinger: Your missel no longer chases his target, however in hiting something it automatically explodes causing a HUGE aoe. (Distance decided by you guys.)

    Ichigo Bankai: Secret Skills: Your rei is no longer drained, being half divided to your def and attack. (Honestly guys Ichigo's bankai suck currently, It needs a buff.)

    Mayuri's Bankai: The poison automatically disappears if your target get koed and the damage of the poison should be divided by half. The poison should NEVER affect koed people.

    New Skills:

    Great Smoke: The character is locked in its place without being able to move or use any other skills. He starts to release poison in all directions until KO or until the entire screen is covered with poison.

    Switch Poison: You can basically change what your posion will do. 1 Slow- It slows all opponents contaminated, leaving them extremely slow. 2 Stun- After being infected, every five seconds the play will receive a stun (Time determined by you guys.) And third the damage one.

    Armory: Automatically the zanpakutou release a few blades from it's chest, allowing now the player to do melee damage based on reaitsu.

    Urahara Bankai's:

    Kamisori : Launches a wave of red energy (The damage can be similar to Ichigo's Getsuga Tenshou.)

    Tsupanne : Basically you would sent a red circle toward your opponent, if he gets hited than he is unable to use skills for five seconds.

    (After analyzing the composition of Reishi and muscular movements of the enemy hit, you draw a red circle in the air, which nullifies the opponent's blow imposibilitando the use of it, when it reaches the circle.)

    Shibari: You would throw a red net on your enemy, freezing him on his place for a short time.

    Juzutsunagi: If he holds the enemy with the previous technique he can press that, to explode the freeze damaging his enemy.

    (Kisuke uses the technique Shibari, along with the technique Hiasobi (play with fire), and the technique creates Juzutsunagi (link), where the tips of the "network" created by Shibari catch fire and the network explodes, burning the enemy.)

    New Zanpakutous suggestions:


    Shinji's Zanpakutou:

    Shikai:

    Boost: Atk 1.5
    Skills:It automatically reverses the target's movement, inverting the keyboard commands.

    Bankai:
    Boost: atk x 3
    Skills: Sakasama no Sekai: The opponent's screen is broken for a limited time.


    New Ress suggestions: (These can be complicated because it would require new icons, however I'll still leave my suggestion.)

    Águila: When released it gives you characteristics of eagles, increasing your speed dramatically and allowing you to pass on dense objects with a flying skill. (The time of flight would be limited.)

    Boosts: 150% Attack

    Skills: Devorar Erupcion: His speed get increased by 50%. (Abirama can form two more wings, for a total of four...)
    Devorar Pluma: It throws feathers against the enemy (That are like steel). (Damage based on attack.)


    Anaconda: Basically you won the characteristics of a snake.
    Boosts: +76%Attack and +66% Reaitsu.
    Skills: Quimera Parca: The user could basically create a snake hollow, who would attack their opponents.
    Poison: Every attack would release a poison giving an additional attack based on reaitsu, also releasing damage periodically to the enemy.


    Hougyoku Event: Well to start the Hougyoku would be an item initially placed in an hidden and protected area of each "factions" That should be forbidden to be mentioned on the OOC. (SS, Karakura, HM) It would be protected by bosses. (Earth: Urahara. Soul Society: Yamamoto. Hueco Mundo: Aizen.) It would take a group of multiple players to take it, and would only be removed after the boss be killed, giving a good amount of xp to everyone on the team. (10 lvls to every character.) After the Hougyoku be removed from it's place, he would have some certain functions. He could be placed inside of a player on the lab of his respective faction giving him the benefit of wounds regeneration (Improving it for arrancars or giving this skill to other races, while the Hougyoku is inside of them. This player would also receive a boost of 10% in all stats. That would be the first use for the Hougyoku. The second use would be place the Hougyoku on his place protected by the bosses, allowing a xp buff (100% or 150%) to every member of their faction. Players with the Hougyoku inside of them, would shine and have a different icon with the Hougyoku placed on their chests. If the H player get killed, the Hougyoku would be destroyed and randomly directed to one of three places. (Quincies, Vaizards and humans/fullbringers count as one.)

    Aizen Bankai: In my opinion Aizen has too much pure confusion skills, perhaps some damage skills need to be added. Just my opinion thought.

    New Skill: Kanzen Saimin. This skill would work as some special Senka and attack, replacing the old one from the passives. Whenever your opponent was cut by the blade, his screen would be shaken and his vision distorted for a short period of time, slowing down the opponent and cutting him three times.
    (creates an illusion, controlling the opponent's five senses.)

    Theese are some good ideas just a sugestion seperate the idea topics with Spoilers and Line Breaks makes navigation easier
