Instances in this situation would be player started Events exactly like their counterparts save for the prize you receive upon completion. Instances are started by a player creating a party and speaking to an {NPC}Instance Official with the entire party on his/her screen.
An Instance Event would be just as difficult as a Random Event with the positive of being able to control exactly who plays by using a party, but the negative of having 0 EP and marginally reduced cash or exp for completion. This is in no way a system meant to replace Random Events, merely a fun objective for parties to complete and possibly train for Randoms in.
