    Skill Name: Flowing Reiryoku

    Skill Description and effects: all cost of skills will be tripled but damage output will be doubled, the players movement will also be halfed for 30 seconds.

    Skill Icon if it requires one: Base with blueish rei energy circling their arms Example: http://www.mediafire.com/?13o9q983yc789y9

    What race the skill is available to: All races

    Requirements to get the skill: level 250

    Damage of the skill: rei cost x3 skill damage x 2

    Size and how far the skill should go: 1tile/self buff

    Cool down of the skill: 12-18 seconds

    How to get the skill: After reaching level 250 players will be able to learn this skill from speaking with Yammamato.

    Skill Name: Physical Bulk

    Skill Description and effects: The players physical damage will be tripled at the cost of suffering 2 wound per sec for up to 15 seconds, if ko'd the user will suffer 40 wounds instantly rather than the natural 20 as a consequences of overly straining their bodies limits.

    What race the skill is available to: All races

    Requirements to get the skill: Level 300

    Damage of the skill: Damage output + 300%, 2 wounds per second no regeneration

    Size and how far the skill should go: 1tile/Self

    Cool down of the skill: Cool-down : 15 seconds

    How to get the skill:
    After reaching level 300 players will be able to learn this skill by talking to Yammamato in Soul Society.

    Skill Name: Experiment

    Skill Description and effects: During the length of experiment the player will gain 1 level up point for every enemy they kill that is of a higher level than their current level for the next 60 seconds, afterwards the player shall suffer 100 wounds instantly. A.K.A sudden death

    Requirements to get the skill: level 100

    Damage of the skill: None

    Size and how far the skill should go: 1tile/self

    Cool down of the skill: Cool-down: 30 seconds

    How to get the skill: After reaching level 100 players will automatically gain this skill.

    Skill Name: Barrier

    Skill Description and effects: The body will be encased in solidified rei energy which will grant the player a 300% increase in defense at the cost of not being able to use 80% of their max rei energy due to having used it to make this barrier. This effect will last up to 2 minutes or until the player is ko'd or turns it off

    Skill Icon if it requires one: Base with a transparent Sky blue shield around them *somewhat like Inoue's shield i suppose*

    What race the skill is available to: All

    Requirements to get the skill: Reach level 150

    Damage of the skill: defense X 3, rei cost 80% (cannot regain)

    Size and how far the skill should go: 1tile/Self

    Cool down of the skill: 2 minutes

    How to get the skill: Upon reaching level 150 players will be able to obtain Barrier by speaking with Yammamato

    Skill Name: Wound Aid

    Skill Description and effects: The user shoots a hell butterfly at the target (homing) it will seek out and heal the player by 10 wounds at the cost of all remaining rei of the user. ( basically so lower levels can benefit stronger players in plvling/ events/ ect ect)

    What race the skill is available to: All

    Requirements to get the skill: Level 150

    Damage of the skill: -10 damage A.K.A heals 10 wounds instantly

    Size and how far the skill should go: 7-10 tiles (homing) Attack can be destroyed by other attacks so be cautious on how you use it.

    Cool down of the skill: 30 seconds

    How to get the skill: After reaching level 150 you can learn this skill by talking to Yammamato in Soul Society.

    Skill Name: Rei Burn

    Skill Description and effects: The user's reaitsu will become a fiery energy and burn anything that melee you for the next 15 seconds for 100% of your reaitsu base stat (cannot be boosted).

    Skill Icon if it requires one: A base with a multi colored aura, blue is the closest and a fiery red will be the biggest one.

    Requirements to get the skill: Level 150

    Damage of the skill: Auto-burn on contact

    Size and how far the skill should go: 1tile/self

    Cool down of the skill: 15 seconds

    How to get the skill: After reaching level 150 the players can learn this skill by finding Yammamato in Soul society.

    Just a thought, but the number 3 Experiment might make more sense if it was something you could get in the EP shop for a low amount of points. (2, 3, 5 or so).

    Lol dang you replied fast i wasn't even done with the post fully yet XD, and hmm idk we already can buy Level up points but what about for those who are below level 350, which is why i want the skill developed in such a way :3. It would as-well be useful for adding that tinsy winsie bit of 5/8 balance for beginner stats but by the time their level 300+ they won't be gaining as much level up points from it anyways due to it only working for 1minute and on stronger opponents including players ;3.

    Great Idea, but I think the CD's need a rework. Yur cd's come off when the move is usable again. It shud have 2x the cd of the duration of the move(not for all)
    Wound Aid cd of 30 sec seems a bit too less. Players fights will go on for a longer time, maybe increase the CD.
    Barrier could be very OP for Melee users. They could put it on and go around melee'ing like cray, sicne they dont depend on Rei as much.
