Rate the Resses

I am trying to rework/balance the ressess so that if you have to randomly get one, you still have a chance of winning matches.
The template is:

Harribel: 0/10

Tijereta(Claws): 0/10

Shooter(Stark): 0/10

Szayel(Scientist): 0/10

Pantera(Grimmjow): 0/10

Barragan(Skeleton): 0/10

Volcanica: 0/10

Ulq: 0/10

Nell: 0/10

Zommari: 0/10

Nnoitra: 0/10

Dordonii: 0/10

In my opinion (ress name) is the best and (ress name) is the worst

Del Toro: 7/10 pretty simple, stand infront of this ress and your gonna have a bad time

Harribel: 10/10 has 2 big moves that hit and la gota icon is sexy as hell, all the moves do a crap ton of dmg

Tijereta(Claws): 5/10 seems pretty bugged

Shooter(Stark): 9/10 has wolves that follow you, massive ceros and F attack is a cero, very dangerous

Szayel(Scientist): 6/10 clones are way weaker than the originals and if you use clones it bugs so you cant use your healing move

Pantera(Grimmjow): 8/10 attacks super fast, darts has a pretty wide range, and desgarron can hit multiple times

Barragan(Skeleton): 7/10 does alot of dmg with universal aging, but has long cds

Volcanica: 10/10 has massive aoe move, fireball does great dmg, and hurts ppl if they melee you

Ulq: 8/10 good dmg but needs his cero oscuras, and has a natural speed boost in his ress

Nell: 7/10 has strong moves and moves have low cds

Zommari: 2/10 useless, moves dont work on targets that are moving

Nnoitra: 8/10 hits hard and has a wide range F attack, and can do outrage

Dordonii: 7/10 a long range attack based fighter, does pretty good dmg

in my opinion harribel is best and zommari is the worst
