Quincys
Dual Wield Seeles- After reaching 550 Quincys will be able to challenge (Final) Sado Chad to a battle and if they win they will be able to use Dual wielding Seele swords * damage will be enhanced by 25-50% and they'l do 2x1 per attack. ( 1 slash = 2 hits like Shunsui's yes OP'd but Quincy seeles are suppose to be OP'd lol) Your basically sacrificing your safety/ranged attacks to do very powerful attacks .
Black Bow- After reaching level 750 Quincys will gain the Black bow ability ( similar to Final bankai/Final bringer) Black Bow will make you shoot 3-tile arrow waves than cause a hit the mess out of effect, but your attacking speed will be drastically decreased to like 3 second cool-downs between each arrow wave. * Damage will be tripled for Quincy arrows per hit/arrow wave*
Sados
Brandish Blaster- After reaching level 800 Sados will get a AOE brazar blast, the sados will punch the ground dealing 10x Attack damage(boost will not change the damage) to all surrounding targets, but in doing so the sado will not be able to move for 3 seconds.
Directo Cannon- (learned 600+ req after defeating aizen) when this skill is used the sado will shoot 7 tile wave of el directos which will have the twice dmg as a normal directo and is way harder to dodge, rei cost should be around 5000 per shot.
Other races don't need any modifications they have segunda = hollows, Final Bankai = Shinigamis, Final bringer = Full bringers
this would put that dmg balance where every race has a powerful skill they must work hard to obtain after 600+ levels. Every race should be able to break 80-120k damage when they reach 600-800 if not we need to make these skills either weaker to fit each ohter or stronger.
Basing stats off the balance of 4500 base stats of attack/reaitsu, than you can nerf/buff boosts to make sure their all equal.
