First, incase you aren't aware check out the 5/6 Updates, specifically number 9:

Now let's get started with Reigai event.
Alright so I understand we have players who just AFK Reigais, but then there are the some of us who kill many Reigais yet dont bother with the last one, should we not get exp and EP opposed to the one who only attacked the last one? I'd like to aruge no. On the other hand, people who only AFK shouldn't get anything for not helping, right? So this is an idea though in the balance thread, why not make it so you have to do X amount of wounds to any Reigai? The requirement to join is 250, if you can't do a little bit of wounds to your own Reigai at that level, then you should have to buy some items.
Examples:
-Kills 2-4 Reigais, doesn't care about last one because there's 4 or so people on it, but the knockout time takes up too much of the 30 seconds.
-Trying to get that last hit thinking they'll be late, Reigai is in a corner boxed and player is afraid he'll friendly fire kill causing one of them to die and get nothing.
-Last 1 or 2 Reigai boxed (Increasing Players) whilst a close range zanpakuto can't hit the Reigai at all.
Now onto the Final Getsuga Tenshou Ichigo Event.
Now same as Reigai event, there are people who are AFK in it just to get exp and ep. But then there are players who only have Shikai or a Sado who may be chasing down that extremely fast Ichigo and do a good bit of damage when they do, but just barely miss that 30 second mark, opposed to the Quincy who saw Ichigo was about to die and just shot a few arrows, resulting in no more than 5k damage. That doesn't seem exactly balanced, does it? For Ichigo maybe you should just have an X amount of hits on him throughout the whole thing, though that Quincy could still just get those hits and go AFK, it is better than people being AFK altogether or the ones who try missing that 30 second mark by a few seconds, no? Not a permanent solution but a temporary one until a better solution is found.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.
Sincerely,
Takahashi Hotaru
