in my opinion carnage should't have a 5min c/d lol thats just ridiculous also that move that k0s shud take up some rei otherwise people will always use it once there rei drops from spamming techs

MoonLight Arrow seems like too much, but the rest look good from the first post. The Arrancar skills look neat from the second post, but NONE of the Shinigami skills should be added IMO.
