Vasto for Vaizards

Since players(Vaizards) tried really hard to obtain level 700, they should be able to EARN Vasto, even if they don't meet the 33% requirement.
To do that, they'll need to meet all the requirements for Vasto. (Except for the 33%, of course)
And they'll need around 100-150(Your choice) EPs to get another chance to try for Vasto.
The place where you can get this will be at the Event shop, since that's where you spend your EP.

Not all shinigami even become Vaizard. It's that same 33% chance...

I really like this idea. Vaizards should be able to have a chance to get Vasto Form...

33% chance of getting Vaizard if you take the test at level 500
Only Vaizards (get it sometimes auto, sometimes you gotta pass another test bottom line you will get Vasto if you're level 700.) can get Vasto and Hollows if the're not Arrancars (at level 600)

Lol he's suggesting that Vaizards should get auto Vasto skills without reaching level req. and other races should be able to get Vasto skills at Ep shop if they have the level req. (700)

In summary no dude, bad Idea (Imagine Mane the Quincy Elder running around with Bankai extract and Vasto.....)
