Ok, it would be awesome if you guys could cap how many times you can get one zan, like 5 times would be some golden middle, not too big number, and not too low. It would really help to people becouse i saw some getting angry for getting example kommamura for like 7th time i a row or so, i myself did a lot of zan changes and 90% of zans i got was kira and gin. This would be really nice update, becouse people would get zan they want faster, and focus on PVP and events more, so they would more enjoy playing game, than trying to get zan they want. Also i think few things should be lowered:
Zan change, from 15 EP, to 10EP, and from 400-700k, to 300-500k
Vaizard re try, from 1.5m-1m, from 40EP, to 20 or 30Ep
About vai re-try i know 1 dude called Blues in game, he did over 10 or over 20-30 vai changes, im not sure, but i know he never got the mask, you can see how big preassure it makes on people, almost to make them snap and quit. I hope you like my ideas and make these changes in game. Good luck
