New coder is working on rewriting death and attack proc to lower lag currently and later on content

Added a set resolution verb to the menu. fixes the problem with it not working. Fixed the placement on the windows

if u place a window near the menu up top
u have to drag from the bottom corners.

When you talk to dojo owner helle give you a new skill that you can only get by talking to him and w8ing till he says everything.
New players will have to buy skill in skill tree

Health and rei procs rewritten

Mission bugs fixed *post all mission bugs if they still exist*

Fortress blaze tick rei cd lowered

Muramasa given materialize skill in shikai *need to add icon to this later*

Ikkaku min boost buffed

Stinger rocket cd lowered

Ulquirra and Scientist ress boost buffed

Unohanas reversal heal cd is 1/3 of what it use to be

Unohanas Regen mode cd is now 70seconds and lasts 30seconds oppose to a 130second cd

Unohanas signatur skill cd lowered from 30seconds to 10 but it only heals 1/4 of hp instead of 1/2 and the rei drain for this was also halfed

Getsuga ring drain lowered from 1.5k to 1k rei
