Squad 1-Squad Captain should be chosen by GMs,He should be able to choose who the other captains are and demote them if he wants. Also he should be able to have 2 lieutenants
Squad 2-This squad should get a slight boost in their movement speed, The captain of this squad should take less wounds from shunkou
Squad 3-This squad should have hell butter flys(items that they use to sense any one on the map even if the person is hiding their energy)Also the Captain should be able to give them put to anyone in another squad only (shins no other races)
Squad 4-This squad should get a discount on healing products (ex.bandages and elixir potions)Also bandages should heal people in this squad 20-30 wounds the captain of this squad should get a skill that ether restores all health or heals 10-15 wounds
squad 5-Every one in this squad should be able to use and obtain the bakudo spell Danku. danku
will protect the user from any attack for 3 secs but the user cant move when using it and it should be togglable so u can turn it off before your 3 secs are up. its cooldown should be 30 secs.the captain should not only get Danku but also senju koten taiho and kin
squad 6-This squad shouldget a slight boost when targeting a vaizard,quincy,or hollow/arrancar the captain of this squad should get a skill called Utsusemi
Squad 7- this squad should take less damage from attacks the captain should be immune to hostile npcs or have a chance that hostile npcs wont attack him
Squad 8-This squads members should get a small boost in there highest stat when they are partied with other shins or in an event with another shin on there team. Also The captain should get a bigger boost in his highest and second highest stat
squad 9-should do more damage when no other players are around.The captain get more exp anytime a race fails to extract lab
squad 10-this squad should get a boost in exp and money when completing missions the captain of this squad should get more exp than the squad members.
squad 11-this squad should get more experience from pking and instead of dieingg at 100 wounds should die at 120.The Captain of this squad should get the title kenpachi and technique Hitotsume: Nadegiri
squad 12-this squad should receive a bigger boost when they deactivate both of the other labs the captains boost should be 2x what the squad members boost is.
squad 13-This squad people in this squad should have a defense boost the captain should get a bigger defense boost

Because squads have benifits i think that u should nolonger be able to switch what squad you are in.

- Kin- A binding move: should bind the opponent for 3 secs (dont know if thats to long if it is u can always nerf it)
- Senju Koten Taiho-a hado spell:When it is shot it should have a range of five tiles when it comes into contact with somthing or reaches max distance it explodes and the explosin is five tiles wide so it should look kind of like a capital T.

- Utsusemi-a shunpo skill:to activate this skill u have to first press it while its in the hotslot then where ever you were when u activated it gets marked on your screen.when you are attack with this skill activated you autimaticly get teleported back to the spot that was marked.this skill should have atleast a minute coodown. This skill should also be mastered with shunpo. every 200 shunpo uses masters the skill 1 tile up to 8 tiles. for example if u have 400 shunpo uses then u can move two tiles away from the marked area if u are more than that then the skill wont work.

- Hitotsume:Nagegiri-zanjutsu technique: With this technique the user has to be 2-3 tiles away from the target. When u activate this technique u flash step behind the target and do massive damage at the same time. This skill should have a 50 sec cooldown.
