Skill Name: Toggle Arrows String
Skill Description and effects: Creates a String from the arrow, the arrow will stop once it hits anything solid, and will do no damage to mobs, the string will stay until either a mob walks into it, or after one minute, or the user leaves the screen
Skill Icon if it requires one: a thin blue glowing string from the back of an arrow
