I'm sorry Baki but I'm going to have to pick this apart.

First off is that I will be expending my time to look in to all GM Abuse/Misuse/Wrong doings, might I reaffirm, all, and look over each case carefully. I'll rule a descision based on what I know, what's been done about it, and what I can find out from other people.

Next, considering tihs is not a screen shot but a copy paste, not even a log link, I have to approach the evidence as possible falsehood. Seeing as copy paste can easily be doctored as such:
