Something should be done because this is big and he seems to not care and rant on me for doing it last wipe when many Gms were to and rules are more strict this wipe and he is the first one caught and he doesnt care

Not many of the GMs were doing it. Only bath was.

He just didn't relog after he zan changed. I'm gonna talk to crit to see if there can be an auto boot added for after people change ress/zan/fb since most likely no one does.

Plus if this were to be added it would benefit the ones who decide not to read the text that says you have to relog after every change.

If you see him doing it again just use GM help and we'll do something about it. The first offense is just a warning.
