They are not affected by slowdowns. Kira/Hollow Screech have no influence on Hollows. I've seen Solunia and Req. speed around with speed boost speed after I used hollow screech. It is annoying and needs to be fixed IMMEDIATELY

Of course they made it sound like it's not a bug. As far as I know if they can null Kira zan that in itself is the most OPed thing on this game. They can render a zan completely useless? I can understand hollow screech but an entire zan? There's nos trat. in that but "going Segunda" and that equals an almost win mode. The Kira then becomes a normal shinigami with some buffs. Since he's attack based he's not long ranged. The only move he can rely on is Riku just to do some damage and then they can outspeed him if he doesn't have LR and his zan cant do anything other than some cheap outrage if he even KOs them at that?
