Skill Name: The Last Resort (Soul Sacrifice)

Skill Description and effects: Consumes weaken enemies (Hollows) in exchange for power. 5% chance to gain 20 level points or 5% chance to gain 100% of your current experience till next level.

Me, and a couple guys (and girl) was thinking about a skill for hollows to devour other Hollows to acheive stat boosts that stack. We eventually came up with this
Passive
when you devour a hollow you gains a .025% stat boost that stacks every time you devour a hollow. The hollows must be weakened. Devouring is counted as killing also so you get the exp, and after 5 minutes of not devouring (We was thinking of reducing that time) your stat boost will start to go down every 1.5 seconds by .025%.
