Ingame: The user will stand next to their wounded friend, and start to heal their health/wounds

Damage of the skill:None. Heals .5x Rei (not rei damage) Per second to health. Heals 0-3 Wounds per second. (lasts until the user runs out of Reiatsu, or you or the other person moves).
Size and how far the skill should go: 1x space infront
Cool down of the skill: 30 Seconds.
How to get the skill: Join Squad 4, Level 400
