We need some Naruto substitution jutsus! :3
Substitution kido #1: When you are hit you will turn invisible and a random hollow icon will take your place until it is killed you will stay invisible and be able to attack your opponent UN-touched by their damage ( Like Aizens Bankai passive ;3)
Substitution kido #2: When you are hit you will turn into the 1 of the in-game npcs and be immune to damage until you are ko'd in which you will turn back into your normal character *ko wounds nullified* ( Similar to transformation jutsu but with a WWA twist :3)
Substitution kido #3: When you are hit you will turn into the opponent and they will take 50% damage everytime they hit you for the next 10 seconds, all damage you suffered will also be 50% less, unless ko'd. ( similiar to copy but with damage deflection)
Suggestions for Non-player-characters ( Pedestrian/Shop/Reality NPCS)

1)Urahara-Kisuke * he will walk around his basement and speak to you with suggestions on what you should train on at your level*
EX: Urahara Kisuke:"Hey i noticed your now level 100 (range is 50-150). You should go to the training grounds and kill a couple of blue spider hollows their pretty easy and recommended for beginners
Ex: Level 151- 250- you should go to earth and kill the weak Quincy near the tower their perfect for sparring and give a decent amount of exp!
Ex: Level 251+ Have you checked out that bar on earth i bet in no time you'll be meeting a couple of those full-bringers their pretty nice..... sometimes maybe that Yukio guy will have something interesting for you when the times right!
2) Tessei Tsukibishi *He will also be stationed inside of Uraharas basement along the bottom left of the wall. tessei will give players duties to hunt certain amounts of hollows for him as he needs their body parts for special kido spells and cooking recipes.
Tier 1s : level 150-200 ( should give the player 60000 exp, and 4500 money per Tier completed)
Arrancar hearts- " Oh um hey there! would you happen to know where Kisuke is??? no? um eh, dammit i need someone to go to Las Noches and bring me 5 Arrancar hearts it is needed for my next kido creation!
Arrancar hierro pieces- Hey there youngster! Kisuke's missing once again and i needed some shards of hierros hierro, you wouldn't mind going to Las-Noches and cutting down 10 or so of them would you?
Tier 2s : level 200-300 ( Should give the player 125000 exp, and 6000 money per Tier completed)
Vaizard DNA- "Hmph!, you are getting stronger as time passes and quickly too, with this in mind I need the DNA of 10 vaizards, go to Southern Karakura town and extract 10 vaizard DNA samples and be quick about it!"
Broken Vai masks- "My friends have all become vaizards and i am in need of help but as you know Kisuke is as lazy as they come! I need you to go to Southern karakura town and break off 10 vaizards masks and bring them back here so that maybe i could make a cure to their DNA modification, go now! with quick haste!!"
Tier 3s: Level 301-400+ ( Should give the player 340000 exp, and 10000 money per Tier completed)
Time is of the essence- " You are looking strong enough to withstand more than you can kill, I have strong beliefs that you can go out and kill 10 of each species in this game within the next 15 minutes, if you can pass this test than you are ready for anything!"
Challenge Tessai Tsukibishi- "You are looking mighty bulk maybe even strong enough to be my opponent in battle, shall we begin! * should give the player 10 levels*
Your Final test from tessai is to beat him in battle, Tessei should be double the characters stats and have all the kidos from Kido corp. When defeated the play will gain 100k money and Tessai will teach them the skill * Tessai's Barrage*
Tessai's Barrage will work somewhat like Berserk but instead of constantly using the F key to attack it will randomly shoot out a skill you have learned for 0% of it's rei cost and not be effected by any cool-downs* (So basically for the next 10 seconds this thing will Rapidly use all of your skills, so yea don't want to use this in Crossroads unless you want to get booted LOL)
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Rei cost: 4500
3) Security officers: Basically when you are attacking anyone on earth near the school area, security officer will spawn and chase you down with guns, their hits will be auto and they will never miss but they will be easily our-ran if you have mastered flash-step and/or speed boosts/binds. Each hit from a Security officers gun will do 10 wounds to the pkers. *Security officers will give 25000 exp per death* they should also be an additional partner for guilds as-well after guild level 30
4) Schoolgirls: Schoolgirl NPCS will be found hanging around school being attacked by menos, 4 of them total, will give you a mission to kill some menos who have been roaring and blowing their tiny skirts up to sneak a peek <3 lol!
Schoolgirls mission:" OH my god like... something keeps blowing my skirt up every-time i leave school and it's sooo embarrassing! please if you can help me get rid of whatever creeps behind this"....*Kill 10 menos grande than return to the hot Schoolgirls for your awesome experience! lol*
5)School jocks: "Yo bro! My gal said she got some help from you and i'd like to highly appreciate it but it seems whatever you did only made shit wayyyy worse!!, now theres something bigger than before and it's causing alot of noise and destroying the city, if you don't fix things I'll beat your ass and handle shit myself you got that kid? Kay? Good!"
Find and kill 5 adjuchas than return to {NPC}pissed off School Jock
(6) Children: " Children will be Hazards of Earth map, basically when your walking around you will randomly see {NPC}Small Kid/Child/Son/Daughter/Teenager ect ect, if you kill or harm 1 of them you will be attacked by the security officers and/or be reported to a GM! for killing someone under level 150- LOLs, yea it'll work like dat :3.
(7) Rapid Drug addict: " These npcs will be sort of like demi hollow strength, their base stats will be 400, and they will although weak, hit hard as fuck because well drug attacks are OP lolz, so when you encounter 1 of these strange green bodied humans be careful OR ELSE!!
EXP: 5500
money drop: 100-160
Damage range: Melee for like 6-10k, should also have the ability *ACCELERATION* LOL
{NPC}Drug addict has killed You LMAO

Corrupt Cop on Steriods: * These NPCs will be the menos grande form of reality npcs, they are cops who take steriods and punch like Sados!, each 1 of their attacks should be unbearable like the same effect as bull arm.
EXP: 12500
money drop: 300-400
damage range: Melee for like 10-20k, should also have the melee effect of bull arm, and the skills Bum rush and fire gun *which does 5-10 wounds*
(9) Shop owner: these npcs will be found in the shops on earth specially for, clothes,barbers,information's,news-stands,malls,fast-foods,grocery stores
