    Disciplinary List Empty Disciplinary List

For those who don't know, which is everyone other then staff basically lol. There is a, somewhat new, method of discipline in the game. It is essentially a wrap sheet for people who break rules repeatedly on the game. This will enable the staff to more easily enforce rules without having to constantly warn 'repeat offenders'. Everyone will of course get a warning at some point for breaking a rule, one for each type of rule. Once you've been warned, you shouldn't have to be warned again, its called learning.

However, for those who repeatedly break rules and have already received a warning, they will not be warned and will be dealt with immediately upon the breaking of said rule. So, if you spam in chat, use profound/racist language, greatly disrespect a member of the community or staff, or kill low level players, you will be dealt with swiftly.

Now, it is based upon a point system. For every mute and boot you receive, one point is added to your total. If you do something ban worthy, for a short period of time, such as bug abuse, or mass breaking of rules in a short time (at least 3 rules within 30 minutes), you will receive 2 points to your total. Upon reaching 10 points, you will receive a long term ban, a month is the minimum time for this. Upon returning to the game, if you continue to amass points, you will receive another long term ban at 13 points, which will be at least 3 months in length. Upon reaching 15 points when you return, you will receive an IP ban, and will not be allowed to return to the game ever.

This system has been approved by Critic as well, so it is basically law now. The GMs will basically operate as they always have been but will keep track of points given out to those who have been disciplined. We will contact one another to keep track of who has been disciplined by who and update the master list for the totals.

Also, if you would like to find out how many points you have, and what reason you have these points, you may contact myself since I hold the master list, and I can tell you exactly what you've done and why you have X amount of points. That's about it for now.

Oi Objection, I think we should be able to use profound lang. in moderation, because 1. Freedom of speech, 2. Profound Lang. doesn't always mean you're trying to offend someone Ex. "Fuck its hot here." 3. Lol even Rhy. and Critic think profound lang. is okay here and there xD if we we'rent allowed to use it at all they would have left the filter.

The rules have been slightly modified as Crit has incorporated an actual discipline system into the game. Upon acquiring 5 points that key will receive a ban. One will still be able to play the game on other keys, but that one is gone. For how long is yet to be determined, but if you don't break the rules it won't be a problem.

Those who had already acquired points will not be allowed to shed their points. However, with those who had acquired more then 5, which there were actually a few, will have their points lowered to accustom it to the new system. Nobody will receive 4 points if they had excessive ones prior though. If you had excessive points youll simply start off with 3 with the new system. All those below that will most likely just receive a 1 point lowering to fit into the new system.
