Arturo Plateado Ress

Arturo is an Arrancar that appeared in Bleach: The 3rd Phantom and Bleach Shattered Blade. He is quite powerful as even the Gotei 13 couldn't defeat him 2000 years ago. Info here: http://bleach.wikia.com/wiki/Arturo_Plateado

Skills are:

X-Shaped Projectile: Much like his unarmed version, Arturo can summon a powerful X-shaped blast with his Zanpakutō. This variant seems to be more powerful than his unarmed version.


Power Absorption: Arturo's Zanpakutō has the power to absorb the spiritual energy of those it defeats, adding to its wielder's strength


I was thinking for this. Kinda like how Barragan reduces your boost maybe Arturo's could increase his? Although, there would be a cost. Obviously the number one is to only let leeched stats be temporary. Maybe when he uses a skill such as his X-Shaped Projectile he temporarily gains a power increase and if he kills someone he gains an even bigger boost for a longer period? Though of course this should only work for PCs. Kinda like how Aizen and Tousen are only really good for PCs and not good for NPCS. This would give Arrancar a Ress like that.

Or you could allow him to mimic a defeated foes stats added on to his. OR he could maybe take their boost and mimic it until he dies. Though in order for that to work he would first need to KO his opponent and activate his power absorption skill and it would be like, "You must KO the target in 10 seconds to steal their power" Kinda like Life contract but the opposite. And of course in Ress he could have a passive that sort of increases his attack and reiatsu stat slightly as he fights tho only a very very little.

Also for his icon. Just take Quincy's wing in final form and put it for both the left and right side and color them either green or a rainbow color. And give him a blackish reddish reiatsu saber for when he goes Resurrection. Kinda simple to icon.

These are all just ideas for Arturo as he is my favorite Arrancar. And also a unique Ress to add that works more for PVP than PVE.

Hm, although I'm skeptical about the origins of the Arrancar himself simply because he's not technically Canon, I do have to say this is a relatively good idea. It'll defiantly put Arrancars back in the running for PVP as they're quite at a disadvantage with how powerful Shinigami are naturally. And of course Vaizards and so forth. Granted the abilities will need to be tweaked ever so slightly for it's boosts and such, I do think it would be quite successful idea. But time consuming to get, just perfect as is with anything. Seeing how even now we're tweaking Zanpaktou and powers here and there to try and find the right balance.

Got my vote, Not a lot for hollow as is.

He has a Beam Saber that comes out of his hand to attack with. If you make this, give him a sword that is in the other hand, and when he attacks, make his punch glow into a saber-looking attack.

Beam Saber Assault: Arturo can use a technique with his beam saber when he gets close enough to the opponent. He extends his blade, and proceeds to attack the opponent relentlessly while using Sonidó, overwhelming them. He gets a total of sixteen hits, followed by a 17th that knocks the opponent forward. Arturo begins the attack shouting, "DANCE!" and ends it with, "DIE!", while stabbing the opponent in midair. Afterwards you can hear him say " I've grown bored of your face."

Arturo has two different sets of energy wings: the first, which constantly are on his back throughout gameplay, are two green wings which look similar to the single wing Uryū Ishida grows when he enters the Quincy: Letzt Stil. The second set of wings, which appear during his ultimate attack mode, are made of multi-colored flames. Arturo gains a huge increase in power, primarily in his reiryoku and reiatsu, which is the equivalent of an Arrancar releasing their Zanpakutō.

Shapeshifting: Arturo has often been portrayed as a shapeshifter in the storyline, having taking on the forms of several characters; including Yoruichi Shihōin, Shinigami and Zanpakutō spirit's alike in order to manipulate other characters in the story to achieve his ends.

Personally, I think that the power absorption should be very insignificant. Meaning that it should last for maybe ten minutes at very most. There will probably be a lot of bugs around that too, in which he will permanently gain the power.
The stats that he would gain should be about 10% of the enemies stats at most, or else he would be completely OP.

Shapeshifting seems really cool. The skill could be called "Morph". That would be really awesome.

If you make this an actual release, you need to add some other things to the other releases so they even out. Don't want this to be the only release that can stand up to the shinigami.

I'm 50/50 on the vote. Its a great idea, but I don't want it to become too op and throw off the balance of the Arrancar.

U Should Have Quoted Bleach Wikia Since That is Literally Copied And Pasted And I Think It Would Make The Game Even More Interesting If We Started Adding Releases From The Video Games, And If Anything At least Add His Mask Because I Am In Love With It

Well since Rhy said he is too OP to be a pickable zan how about a Boss event? Here is my idea.

Make him a boss that only people 600+ can fight. Since he is extremely powerful. For now just allow him to heal completely like Uno heal and gain half of the stats of the person he killed. So each time he kills someone he keeps growing stronger and stronger. Tbh this event would really be for lvl 900+ since killing a single person would tip his power over the edge. Should make him stronger than the gotei 13 captains base attack, def, and reiatsu stats with prolly like... 1mill hp since he is fighting by himself. over 100k rei so he doesn't run out of moves. And for wounds start him out at -200 instead of -100 that the other NPCs get I believe. Also give him that off screen attacking that Gotei does so that way if everyone crowds around him. He can easily get out like Uno does -_-

I think that would be fun. The reward should be 10 EPs and 4 lvls guranteed. And 2 lvls guranteed for 900+. And lastly like Gotei 13 whoever survives at the end gets the reward. None of the You have to deal a certain amount of wounds/damage. If he does like the captains in gotei 13 if someone went afk in the fight. Eventually he would attack them and prolly kill them. And the event is already tough.
