Hello, from what I have understood from the recent random zan shikai change is that they must all be good to use and not too OP nor to weak, same for the races
Well that's currently far from being true
The most urgent issue is that every single lvl 500+ shini took vai test because of the recent captain boost nerf, it was too much a nerf and shinis who were already weak all the previous wipes just have no hope anymore, most people
Another possible fix would be to give the choice to people who become vai to choose to be able to side with either SS faction or Humans, that would probably balance races a lot more
On the other hand the vasto vaizard mask was overdoing too, it was always fine before and should go back to x2, Buff Normal vai mask and nerf vasto vai mask back to x2
Quincies recently got added the ability Blute Veine which makes them invincible for 10 CD with now a 60 sec CD thus Vaizard's ruthlesness need to get 60 sec CD too, and that's still too low
Rapid fire from quincies still do way too high wounds for the 3 tiles attack that it is and the low CD and high range
Sados and fullbringers: they need various buffs in some areas but more testing needs to be done to determine that
Shinigamis: The kidous they use are still too weak for the most and noone use them, trading shini for vai and losing kido isn't something anyone fear.
Arrancars: One of the worst race atm: they're worthless if the players don't get to lvl 600 , which will then make them average and just plain boring: they get nothing at all after becoming vasto arrancars. Arrancars who get espada should atleast get a hierro buff and players who became arrancars before lvl 600 should be given the option to learn Secunda Ress for 3000 skillpoints(they'll still miss the +1k stat boost)
Zan changes:
Rukia bankai: The hakuren CD is way too low for a 3 tile ranged attack with such a long freeze, rukia is still way too OP and has been for some times now
Zabimaru: Shikai: No skill, only a normal extend attack which stuns you when you do it, one of the worse shikai
Bankai: Good bankai but gets destroyed way too easily
Komamaru: Most broken bankai, worse than yukio's delete before nerfs: His normal attack is like volcanica's aoe but perm and without CD, it's the ultimate players and npcs killers , add to that vasto vai speed boost or pure atk skills and you get god mode..
Fix: Make it one less aoe tile, nerf the damage a bit and make it so vasto vai mask doesn't speed it up, it also SHOULDNT be able to hit limbs
Stinger Bankai: good shikai but the bankai is just too bad atm, you can't shunpo with it, you're slow, and both the CD and damages were nerfed too much making it one of the worse bankai
Fix: Make the CD for missile lower and make it so you only get slowed AFTER firing a missile
Unohana: While the shikai may be considered decent the bankai is a joke, the damages ram do are way too low and you can't shunpo with it, the health buff from it should be removed and ram damage buffed
Kenpachi: OP shikai and bankai , the defense boost from it should be lowered to x2 and it shouldn't be able to work with vasto vai speed
Byakuya: great shikai, still too OP bankai: the damage buff from petals need to be lowered, keep it mind that it's homing...
Aizen and muramasa: These shikai/bankai are obviously troll pvp zans, you shouldnt be able to get them when you first get shikai because it's impossible to lvl or play decently with these
Mayuri: The poison still works after being KOed and the damages are too high and you shouldn't be able to stun players
Yamamato: Shoen needs its damage lowered and cremating is broken and sometimes works after people get koed
Ikkaku: The shikai needs a damage nerf, lvling is way too easy with it and you can easily kill any npc, the bankai seems good for now(still way worse than komamura)
Yumichika: One of the best zans if you have the skills to use it but the rei drain needs to have a higher CD
