Bden abusive laungage and attacking in cross roads to low level

he used cremation in middle of crossroads to my lvl 73 shingami

and threatend if he wanted to kill me he could and i simply said he shouldnt abuse the rules and

saying i had no proof he did yet he did not break kill a low level noob rule he did break the attacking in cross roads and all i stated was

i would report him and instead of him simply apologising he gose to verbal abuse me

lol he ran to crossroads and reported me for atking him so sad

Alright, so, first off, Rhyuke, please don't caps I'm sure you can get the point across with out excessive use of capsing. I mean, you ARE an admin on the forum. C'mon, please show some sensibility in that position and try not to caps rape.


Order of business 1:

The only attacking that is valid in crossroads are 1 of 2 things.

• Charges
  and of course
  
• Missions(provided the target accepts it as such)
  

So that's a thing to remember. Crossroads IS a sacred safe-zone outside of wars and missions.

Order of business 2:

Newbies is designed as anyone below 150 as stated by Critic Via the A rank missions list. If you have Shikai, you're not a newb.

Order of business 3:
Since the validity of the picture has been called in to question there's no sure way to tell if it is or is not faked as even if it's not, you could still have done as he said and ran in to the crossroads. Next time make sure to have time-stamps and stuff, it helps a lot. So at the moment I can not side with either party until more evidence is placed forth to prove you didn't just run in to CR(Crossroads) of your own volition and started screen shot-ing. The most paculiar aspect that makes me believe Bden is the fact that the scroll bar is scrolled up slightly, which in effect does state that there was a time delay between getting attack and taking the screen shot. Which further hints at the validity of the photo.

Order of business 4:

With these facts in place, And the current information at hand I have to give my years of experience to state that, unless further proof is set forth the accused has proven reasonable doubt.



As a side note, please remember that not everyone likes random PVP. Be careful who you attack because you never know who they are, who their friends are, who their alts are, and so forth. If you attack someone, be sure to bear the consequences with out wining please.

If we assume he "ran to the crossroads" you can see at the time he was cremated he was fighting {NPC}Hollows, which are only in the Purple Portal. So even if it did not in the Crossroads it was the Purple Portal. (Unless he was able to run all the way to HM or SS between untargeting something and being cremated) which is possible with a mastered flash step, so the times would of been helpful like Setsune said. Though the cremating a "low level noob" at all would be attacking them, so at the very least that should be a warning.
