4.Respecing No longer takes your SKILL points
5.Missions can no longer be stacked/Abused
6.Vanderich Npcs have been Boosted(Teaming is recommended)
7.Beer should no longer increase hp more than max
8.You can no longer move while in REAP
9.During FGT/Regai you must participate (Have attacked fgt/reigai within the last 30 seconds,if not no points are obtained)
10.Ichigo FullBringer rings c/d from 6 to 8 and a small dmg nerf
11.Cooldowns will save even when you relog to prevent mastery abuse
12.Rukia Tsukishiro removed
13.Flash steps now drain 50 rei per use
