Hollows need a new system which upon reaching adjuchas form(level 300) allows them to choose 2 new sub-releases, Impact based and technical based.
Impact release: Hollow will gain a +500 stat boost in their attack and their current rei amount should be increased by 50%
Skill cost: 600 Skill points
Cooldown: decreases upon usage ( starts at 1 minutes) - (10 seconds reduced per mastery 5 masteries in total)
Mastered by killing enemies within this form
As result of using this all movement will be decreased, but damage multiplys when wounds are higher.

100/100: 250% *defense should be decreased by 2500 stats once this is reached to give sorta a sudden death mode feeling to it*
Technical release: Hollow will gain a + 500 stat boost in their reaitsu and their current rei amount will be triple'd until it hits zero (no rei recovery allowed)
Skill cost: 600 Skill points
Cooldown: decreases upon usage ( starts at 2 minutes) - ( 15 seconds reduced per mastery 5 masteries in total)
As a side effect every few amount of wounds increases overall rei damage output making them even more dangerous as a result of not being able to heal their rei(energy)

Blasto-cero: This Blue cero will pierce like a quincys arrow and cause a knockback effect when collisions are made. It will do 3x the users current reaitsu amount as damage.

Cooldown: 3 seconds
This skill will pierce in a line when fired, all targets hit will receive an additional 3-5 wounds per strike from this cero.
Alpha-punch: This new technical punch will allow hollow only players to do reaitsu based melee strikes *similar to the quincys Seele sword* which will do 50% more reaitsu damage and a additional 2-3 wounds per hit.
Skill cost: (learned at level 250 as a Menos Grande or for 200 Skill points from skill tree)
Cooldown: 0-2 seconds
Immediate Destruction: This Skill will be quite similiar to roar but will do 0 dmg and strictly wound the surrounding targets, it will last for 10 seconds and deal constant impact/wounds per second, at the cost of given the user him/herself 25 wounds when the skill fades.
Skill cost: (Learned at level 400 Adjuchas Hollow or 500 skill points from skill tree)
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Arrancars
Eagle Eye: This skill will give arrancars the ability to precisely hit targets with increases dodge rates more better, and if the attack were to be dodged they will gain a attack speed buff for 5 seconds after the dodge happens.
Skill cost: ( Learned at level 450 as a arrancar/ cannot be learned if level exceeds the necessary requirement or learned from skill tree for 400 skill points)
Cooldown: none (length 30 seconds)
Side effects: If melee attack is dodged the user will become enraged giving them a increased attack speed for 5 seconds.
Kido Guard: Similar to the reflect skill if an arrancar uses Kido Guard, any kido damage inflicted on them from a target or opponent will send 200% of the damage done to them back onto the user instantly, while the 1 who uses this skill remains unharmed.
Skill cost: ( learned at level 600 as a arrancar or learned from skill tree as a secret signature skill #2 for all Arrancars)
Cooldown: 30 seconds ( skill will last for 15 seconds, and block/reflect any and all kidos sent the user's way)
Ideas/suggestions
I believe as a Adjuchas Hollow/ Vasto lorde the user's movement speed should be increased overly unless you add some more skills to hollows/vasto's somewhat like the ranged one's i suggested above I think Hollows are pretty much crippled soon as they become adjuchas from the immense slow downs, high HP reigais, and easy targets pvp wise, add some balance dammit!
